Shipping & Delivery Policy

We take pride in delivering not only top-grade containers but also a precise, timely, and transparent delivery experience. This policy outlines our container shipping and handling procedures—from order processing through to final drop-off—so you can plan your project with full confidence.

1. Processing Time

Once your order has been confirmed and payment has cleared:

  • Order Verification & Documentation: 1 business day
Our logistics team reviews your order, verifies delivery feasibility, and confirms specifications.
  • Container Preparation & Final Inspection: 1–3 business days
Each unit is inspected for structural integrity, cleanliness, and compliance with your requested specs (including any modifications, if applicable).
  • Scheduling for Dispatch: Begins immediately upon inspection clearance.
You will receive a Shipping Acknowledgment email with your assigned logistics coordinator and tracking reference.
2. Dispatch Time
  • Standard Units (In Stock): Typically dispatched within 3–5 business days
  • Modified or Special Orders: Depending on the complexity, dispatch may take 7–14 business days
  • Peak Season or Remote Locations: Slight variances may apply. We will communicate this clearly before scheduling.

All containers are shipped using certified logistics partners with experience in tilt-bed, flatbed, and crane-assisted deliveries, depending on site access and container type.

3. Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)

Once your container leaves our facility:

  • You will receive a Dispatch Confirmation Email including:
    • Your official ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival)
    • Driver contact details (where applicable)
    • Delivery instructions or special handling notes (if any)
    • Real-time communication channel for schedule changes

Typical transit time based on region:

Region Estimated Delivery
Southwest US 1–3 business days after dispatch
West Coast 2–4 business days
Midwest 3–6 business days
East Coast 4–7 business days
Remote/Rural Areas May require additional coordination or offloading support
4. Delivery Expectations

Site Readiness
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery site is:

  • Level and accessible for a large commercial truck
  • Free from overhead obstructions, debris, or unstable surfaces
  • Properly marked or attended at the time of delivery

If our team deems the delivery site unsuitable upon arrival, additional charges for re-delivery or equipment delays may apply.

Delivery Equipment
Containers are delivered via:

  • Tilt-bed trucks (most common and preferred for easy offloading)
  • Flatbed trucks with crane or forklift (used in special access or non-roll-off sites)

If unsure which option suits your location, please consult with your Equipments Depot representative prior to scheduling.

5. Delays & Force Majeure

While we strive to meet all delivery windows, certain events beyond our control may result in delays, including:

  • Severe weather or natural disasters
  • Transportation strikes or highway closures
  • Mechanical failures or third-party delays
  • Permitting or access issues on delivery sites

In such cases, we will inform you immediately and provide updated ETAs and alternate delivery solutions if necessary.

6. Delivery Confirmation

Upon successful delivery:

  • Our driver will request confirmation from the onsite contact or representative
  • A final Delivery Receipt will be issued for your records
  • Any concerns about condition or placement must be noted at the time of drop-off for review
7. Need to Reschedule or Adjust?

We understand plans can change. If you need to delay or adjust your delivery:

  • Please notify our team at least 48 hours in advance
  • Late changes may result in a rescheduling fee, especially if the container is already in transit
