Delivery & Site Responsibility
Delivery requires the buyer to ensure clear access, stable ground, and compliance with local ordinances. Equipments Depot is not liable for delays, damages to site property, or re-delivery fees resulting from insufficient site preparation or conditions beyond our control.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms, conditions, and any disputes arising from container transactions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Venue for resolution is the state or federal courts in Cochise County, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
